Questions
Do I give you my Google password?
No. You add Groundwork as a Manager from your profile settings, and you stay the owner. Google does not let managers remove owners or delete the profile. We remove our access when the work is done.
Can you verify a new profile or fix a suspended one?
No. Google requires the owner to complete verification and reinstatement. We can tell you what Google will ask for.
Will this put me at the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise rankings. We make your profile complete and accurate, which is the part you control.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No. We draft calm, professional replies for you to approve. Google removes reviews only when they break its policies.
