Hypothetical example for Copper Kettle Tavern, a neighborhood bar and grill.
Copper Kettle Tavern is hiring a Bartender for evening and weekend shifts (Thursday to Sunday, 4 p.m. to close). You'll pour and mix drinks to our menu, check IDs, keep the bar clean and stocked and close out your own drawer. We'll train you on our drinks.
Notice what makes it work: real hours, the actual tools, who they report to, and one honest reason to want the job. That’s the difference between a blank template and a job description that gets the right applicants.
