Example: the template filled in for a small business
Hypothetical example for Northline Shuttle, a small airport shuttle company.
Northline Shuttle is hiring a Shuttle Driver for airport runs (shifts from 4 a.m. and 2 p.m.). You'll drive a 12-passenger van, help with luggage and keep the vehicle clean. A clean driving record is required; we cover training.
Notice what makes it work: real hours, the actual tools, who they report to, and one honest reason to want the job. That’s the difference between a blank template and a job description that gets the right applicants.
