Hypothetical example for Fresh Coat Painting, a three-crew interior and exterior painting company.
Fresh Coat Painting is hiring Painters for interior and exterior residential jobs (Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. start). You'll prep, tape, prime and paint on a two-person crew, and leave every house clean at the end of the day. We provide the truck, ladders and sprayers.
Notice what makes it work: real hours, the actual tools, who they report to, and one honest reason to want the job. That’s the difference between a blank template and a job description that gets the right applicants.
