Example: the template filled in for a small business
Hypothetical example for Highpoint Roofing, a small residential roofing company.
Highpoint Roofing is hiring Roofers for residential tear-offs and re-roofs (Monday to Saturday in season, 6:30 a.m. start). You'll work on a crew of four, follow our fall protection rules every day and learn shingle and flashing installation. OSHA safety training is required; we will help you complete it.
Notice what makes it work: real hours, the actual tools, who they report to, and one honest reason to want the job. That’s the difference between a blank template and a job description that gets the right applicants.
